Cancellation Policy
Services rendered are for entertainment purposes only! Refunds for all services will be given to those who cancel NO LATER THEN 24 HR PRIOR to scheduled appointment IN WRITING. If the patron wishes to re-schedule, they will have 30 days from original appointment date to utilize funds as a credit. CUSTOMERS MAY ONLY RESCHEDULE ONCE AFTER INITIAL APPOINTMENT! After 30 days, no such credit can be utilized, and no refunds will be given. For patrons that pre-pay and fail to respond to scheduling correspondences from ChosenEyes.com within 45 days, no refunds shall be issued. Once services have been rendered, all sales are final and there will be no refunds for services rendered under any circumstances.
